Basically if you don't know how it works, almost all the products you saw were testers, well at least for the MAC and all the brushes are behind the register and you bring up the products that you want and they will give you a brand new product from their drawers behind the register. They usually carry overstock, and special edition items from previous collections. At this particular store in Houston, there are 2 MAC stands, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives and Clinque, these products all fall under the Estee Lauder company. At the end, you'll see how crazy and hectic it was at the Coach Outlet, but how could there not be chaos especially when there is an extra 30% off the outlet price.
